Selected Links
This is an incomplete list of sites I believe may be of interest to seekers of good content and content provision. More will follow; some will disappear after a time. Suggestions for sites to link here are always welcome.
- Regus, Office Space
I work here, so they must get a mention. Regus do offer some interesting options from new media enterprises, including Virtual Offices, where you can actually appear to be in two places at once.
- Just Search, Search Engine Optimisation
Regus is one of Just Search’s biggest clients. They have worked wonders for our SEO. One of their top bods, James Welch, used to work for Regus and occassionally writes for justwebcontent.com.
- Kwintessential, Cross-Cultural Experts
In a globalized world cross-cultural understanding is of prize importance, on the internet doubly so. Kwintessential, run by Neil Payne, is a leader of the pack.
- 456 Berea Street, XHTML, CSS and web standards
Swedish web developer Roger Johansson’s very readxable blog specialising in standards, accessibility, and usability constantly informs about the latest thinking. I raid it constantly
- Fourquarters, Accessibility expertise
One of the brains behind Fourquarters is Dr David Kreps, from the University of Salford. I was lucky enough to spend a few days with David learning the ins and outs of accessibility, although we only really scratched the surface. It’s a fascinating subject.
- Scene on the Net, Afforable Web Design
Small web design agency who do their best. This site is one of theirs.
